10152025302materials of wood and plastic, for example of the type Polyplank. This type of boardsacts as wood when attached to it, but is not sensitive to moisture.
Some disadvantages of making chops from one or more of your boards in this way arethat the manufacture must be done manually at each attachment, which in many cases canbe time consuming. Another disadvantage is that when the cuttings have been arranged on the substrate, after which additional insulation or another layer has been provided, and then furthera surface layer is arranged, it can be difficult to locate the kottel to be able to performattachments therein. If cables or pipes are to be laid through the surface layer, the type of kettle just described also has no devices that facilitatethis. Furthermore, the described kettle is a rather compact construction, whichmeans that it risks acting as a cold bridge through the wall. It knows thatthe currently made kettle may in the worst case have an irregular andrandom shape, which can make it difficult to arrange the surfacethe layer is tight against the cutter, which means that the insulation risks becoming defective.
Another disadvantage is that the above-mentioned composite material is quite mobileat temperature changes, as it expands at higher temperatures and pullstogether at lower.
PRQBLEMSTÄLLNINGThe present invention aims to provide a possibility for stable attachment.which allows easy routing of cables and pipes when a cover material is appliedcarried on a surface.
PROBLEM SOLVINGThe object underlying the invention is achieved if the initialthe device indicated in this way is characterized in that the spacer means is arranged along the supportthe periphery of the surface, a cavity being defined by the spacer and the support surface.10152025Additional benefits are obtained if the device is additionally given one or more of thethe signs according to claims 2-10.
COMPILATION OF DRAWING FIGURESThe invention will now be described on the basis of the accompanying drawings. Onthese show:l g l a perspective view of the device according to the invention;fi g 2 is a perspective view similar to that in fi g l, but seen from an opposite sideof the device;3 g 3 a sectional view through the center of the device seen straight from the side; andfi g 4 a view straight from the front of the inside of the device.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENTIn the following description, words that indicate directions and positions willbe used, and they correspond to a normal position of use of the device on asubstrate, whereby the substrate can be both vertical and horizontal.
The device according to the invention, also called akottling. The kettle according to the invention has essentially three main parts, more preciselyin particular a support surface 1, a spacer 2 and a circumferential mounting projection 3.10152025304The support surface 1 is used for fastening details, for example by sliding, andit is intended to lie in the same plane as a cover layer arranged on the substrate, for example, an additional surface insulation.
The spacer 2 provides a distance between the base and the support surface 1.the side of the spacer 2 can also be used for attaching the cutter according tothe invention by means of friction, for example around pipes with a correspondingdimension.
The fastening committee 3 is used for attaching the kettle to a surface. Attachment Committee 3abuts the substrate and gives a high stability to the kettle according to the invention.
The fastening projection 3 is transverse to the spacer 2 and increases its surface against the ground.
At the level of detail, the support surface 1 at its central portion has a rod 4, which is preferablyelastically flexible, so that it springs back to its original, projecting position fromthe support surface 1. The rod 4 is primarily intended for locating the kettle when thisand a surrounding, covering layer is completely covered by an outer layer, such asfor example a plaster layer. If special markings are arranged on the rod 4, this canalso used to estimate the thickness of the outer layer.
A thin metal plate 10 (see 3 g 3 and 4) is also arranged in the support surface, at leastfor the most part. This metal plate 10 can partly be used to locate itcover the kettle with the help of a metal detector and partly it works togive a good engagement between the material in the kettle and screws through the support surface 1.
The upper side of the support surface, and in the preferred embodiment also the greater part ofthe cutlery, is made of a material that forms a good base for plaster. The materialis thus such that plaster and similar substances have a good adhesion to the support surface 1outside. One material that has proven to work well is fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, howeverit should also be possible to use other materials known to those skilled in the art. The good one10152025the adhesion allows the kettle to be given an outer layer of plaster, so that it does notbecomes visible from the outside. Another important material property at least if the cutlery is toprovided with an overlying plaster layer is that the material is substantially unaffected bytemperature changes. This is the case with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. A practical oneuseful material is PA6GF polyamide.
The spacer 2, which is arranged along the periphery of the support surface 1, has an extensiontransversely this corresponding thickness of the cover layer, which is, for example, an externaladditional insulation. Since the insulation can occur in different thicknesses, and since the cuttings can also be used for other applications, the cuttings willto be manufactured with different heights of the spacer 2, in a preferred embodimentform in heights between 50 and 120 mm.
The spacer 2 is in the preferred embodiment an unbroken cylindrical shell.surface, which means that it has a high stability against lateral loads. This meansthat such loads give rise only to a small or insignificant degree tolooks sideways at the kitten. This reduces the risk of damage to the exterior, laid the layer.
The unbroken, cylindrical mantle surface also enables the kettle to be usedon horizontal surfaces together with fl surface or semi fl surface cover material.
For example, pipes extending upwards from a substrate can be covered with a cutlerywith suitable dimensions, after which cement is applied around the covered pipes, withoutthese are affected.
Regarding the fastening projection 3, which is a transverse circular ring disc at the end ofthe spacer 2 which is opposite the support surface 1, it appears from ñg 1 that a hollow image is arrangedfor fastening by means of screws or the like in a substrate. Holes 5is in the preferred embodiment of fl your different sizes. Both holes 5 and for1015202530the purpose provided notch 6 in the edge can be used for aligning the cutter, sothat it occupies a desired position, for example in relation to a vertical line.
In the transition between the spacer 2 and the fastening committee 3 a series is arrangedreinforcing wedges 7, which further ensure the stability of the kettle, especially underinfluence of lateral forces or axial tensile forces. Such axial tensile forceswould otherwise tend to increase the angle between the spacer 2 and the fixed projection 3,which would put a strain on the outermost layer.
Fig. 2 shows the inside of the kettle, a central tube 8 and a number of longitudinal onesribs 9 are visible. The central tube 8 has the shape of a hollow cylinder. It fun-acts as an abutment at the base, when larger details are to be anchored. Herebyis it possible to let a bolt run through the pipe 8 from the substrate to thehorizontal detail. Additional screwing is also done through the metal surface of the support surface 1provided party. The hollow cylinder 8 has substantially the same extent in the coneaxial direction of the joint as the spacer 2. This means that in a userposition will, to the same extent as the attachment committee 3, abutthe substrate, which contributes to the overall stability of the kettle. In addition, it provides centralthe tube 8 a support of the support surface 1 during use, not least if the substrate ishorizontally.
Another way of using the central tube 8 is to use it for penetrationof electrical cables, water mains and other devices protruding from that substrateto be provided with a covering layer.
The longitudinal ribs 9 on the inside of the spacer 2 act in a stiffening mannerthis and has a restraining effect on insulation placed in the cavitybetween the spacer 2 and the central tube 8. The provision of insulation thereinintervals are desirable in most cases, so that the cuttings do not act as a coldbridge, for example through a wall or a floor.1015202530the insulation can be any of the types available on the market, for example Styrofoam, rock wool, glass wool or some foamed plastic material. The insulationcan either be sprayed in place directly into the cutter or first cut to a suitable oneshape from a larger piece of material, and then pressed into place in the cavity of the kettle.
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the cutter according to the invention. As beforementioned, a thin metal plate 10 is arranged in or at the support surface 1. In thedrawn embodiment, the metal plate is circular annular and molded into the cutlerywalls, i.e. in the spacer 2. Optionally, the metal plate 10 may be arranged atthe support surface in some other, reliable way, for example by gluing or the like.
The metal plate can also be completely embedded in the material of the kettle, so that itnot visible at all. The metal plate is used, as mentioned above, partly to locatethe cutter under an outer layer and partly to give a good attachment when screwing in.Replacing screws in the support surface 1.
The metal plate is circular ring-shaped, so that it is not arranged at the central tube8 end towards the support surface 1. This enables a relatively simple hole-making through the support surfacel precisely in this lot, so that conduits and / or pipes are arranged inside the centralthe pipe 8 must be easy to access after the kettle has been mounted and an external onelayer applied on top of this.
In Fig. 4, as before in Figs. 2 and 3, the inside of the kettle is shown, this time in a straight linefront view. In this case, both the fixed end 3 and the longitudinal ribs 9 and so on can be seencentral pipe 8. No insulating material has been arranged in the space between itthe central tube 8 and the circumferential spacer 2, which means that alsothe metal plate 10 is visible. An example of how the kettle according to the invention is usedThe opposite is that a cutlery according to the invention is attached to a substrate, such as a facadeto be additionally insulated, with screws in the fastening 3. end 3. Using those in advancearranged the holes 5 and the notch 6 in the edge of the fixed ns end 3 are aligned with the cutter, so that it1015202530assumes a desired position, for example so that two diametrically opposite notches 6, and thusalso the rod 4, lies on a vertical line e. Places where the cutlery is used are for examplewhen attaching objects, such as ends of balcony railings, ventilation racks andsuch, in the case of pipe penetrations, such as in externally arranged taps, and inpenetrations of cables, such as in external lighting. The kettle used ispreferably provided with an insulating material in its internal cavity.
Around the kettle attached to the underlying façade, insulation is then arranged.material, such as Styrofoam, so that the outer surface of Styrofoam will lie inj blank height d with the support surface l of the kottlingen. The wedges 7 will then cut intothe insulating material in a knife-like manner, so that it is possible to arrange insulationnext to the spacer 2. Then a surface coating, such as plaster, is applied onthe additional insulation and the support surface 1, so that a new facade is created. The rod 4 is includedadvantage flexible, so that the application of plaster is not hindered, but springs back, so thatprotrudes from the facade, so that the cutter can be located. Another way to locatethe cutter is by means of a metal detector, which detects the presence of metalplate 10. To define the area of the cutter where mounting screws can be safely usedarranged, i.e. the area of the circular annular metal plate 10 can be either onemetal detector is used, or the area can be estimated or calculated fromplacement of the rod 4 with knowledge of the dimensions of the kettle. Any holesoperations, such as for carrying cables or pipes, are carried out in the central areaaround the rod 4, where the support surface 1 of the kettle does not contain any metal. If a con-is not used at the time of the additional insulation, the protruding rod 4cut, so as not to give rise to disturbing visual impressions. A later location of the con-However, this is possible with the help of a metal detector.
ALTERNATIVE EMBODIMENTSTo make the rod 4 soft and elastic, while the cuttings are otherwise stable,it is not always enough with a small dimensioning of the rod 4. Instead, can1015advantageously a two-component spray is used, where the rod 4 is made in a softer oneand more elastic material, while the main part of the kettle is made in a stiffermaterial.
In the preferred embodiment, the cutlery has been shown to be substantially circular.cylindrical, but of course other shapes are also conceivable, for example withsquare, triangular or rectangular cross section.
Another way of modifying the invention is that the rod 4 is replaced by a screw,so that an adjustable marking, for example to facilitate the measurement of the outer layerthickness, achieved.
The invention can be further varied within the scope of the appended claims.
